How it works

Three pieces. Designed to keep working when one of them loses signal.

Desktop holds the data

Your supervisor installs the SafetyIQ desktop app on a site-office PC. All records, hash-chained and append-only, live on that machine. No vendor cloud. No multi-tenant database.

Mobile captures in the field

Workers install the SafetyIQ app on Android or iOS. Forms work offline; submissions queue locally and sync when signal returns. Every record is tagged with the worker who filed it.

Private tunnel in between

A lightweight Cloudflare Tunnel connects each customer's phones to their own desktop. One URL per customer. No shared infrastructure. No open inbound ports on your network.
